Robert Goliday
CPT, FNS, GPTS, PICPCPT
Robert has been coaching for over 12 years and has a passion for helping people transform their lives through training and nutrition.

Robert has earned many varied credentials to be sure he can provide the best training possible for his clients, no matter their specific needs. His credentials include CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist), GPTS (Group Personal Training Specialist) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and PICPCPT (Poliquin International Certified Personal Trainer) from Poliquin Strength Group.

Robert's hobbies include cycling,boxing,strength training, and many other fitness related activities.

T3 fitness utilizes the science of hormonal response from your body to facilitate changes in your physique. The responses are facilitated by creating a program that will challenge you in safe and fun ways and kick your metabolism into high gear!

More than just getting you into shape. I coach techniques that emphasize  improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, sports-specific training and nutritional coaching. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can design your own. The possibilities are endless. With me there every step of the way to provide accountability, I know we can make positive lifelong changes."
